- What payments can I use ?
- We’ll accept the next payment methods:
1.)cash on collection - you’ll see the location in the listing, we have to arrange a meeting or pickup
2.)bank transfer - we provide you the details as soon the the business arranged
3.)cheque - this case of course we’ll wait until the cheque cleared before we release the instrument
4.)PayPal - we use this option more and more unlikely as most of us have had bad experience, so you need to be verified with confirmed address, also if you wish to use this option you’ll need to pay the commission what PayPal charges, our prices don’t cover this. This commission is about 3% domestic and 4% international. If you are one of those who still believe PayPal is safe click here to find out why you’re wrong.
- What about if the pack damaged or lost on the way ?
- We have a lot of experience about sending the guitars, so we pack them very carefully, reduce the chance for the least as possible to happen anything on the way. Loss is almost impossible as they are simply too big. However if it’s not enough for peace of your mind we can insure your pack for the amount of the purchase, but you’ll need to pay this extra. Please advise the sender in time if you wish to use this option. Unfortunately we can’t be responsible for the postal system, once we sent it out it’s not our responsibility, we’ll give you all information and help what we able to. Don’t forget, less than 1 out of 1000.
- How will I get my guitar if you have to send ?
- You need to pay all shipping cost and taxes, if any. You have the choice to send your preferred courier company you trust to pick it up, or you have the choice to leave it for us to arrange it, we normally use the Parcel Force(PF), some cases (size reduction, request) can be company like DHL or UPS but they charge often more then twice of the PF’s price. It’s your money, you have to decide. As the PF part of the Royal Mail they are professional for affordable price. We’ll provide you a tracking number prompt your pack has been sent, so you’ll see every movement of your guitar. We know what we can advise, we are as much like you to get your purchase than yourself.
- What can I do if I’m not satisfied with the purchased item ?
- We’ll do our best to describe the instruments and provide extra pictures for request, however if for some reason you’re not 100% satisfied you have 14 days to let us know and send it back. It’s needless to mention the guitar must be in the same condition you received, also you’ll need to cover all the shipping and insurance cost for both way, and the fees of the payments if there are any. You have to know, NEVER HAPPENED, but it’s an option for peace of your mind.
- Who do I deal with, why should I trust ?
- We’re in this ‘industrial’ for years, most of us have their business on the eBay or other similar site. However to use these sites getting more costly time by time, in case a purchase of an exclusive guitar even if you use the PayPal it can easily exceed the £200, what end of the day you’ll pay. You may work 3-5 days for this money, so it might worth a few phone call and 3 minutes to do a transfer. We’ll provide you the username so you can contact the seller via the site also you can check feedbacks, you’ll see we all honest sellers for years, our goal is the satisfied customer who come back all the time. If you think you’re not safe to buy ‘offline’ you still can buy for a higher price on the big site.
